Job description

[solidcore] is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our HQ team. You will work closely with marketing, studio operations and strategy to develop insights with actionable recommendations for our executive team. Successful candidates will exhibit deep technical skills coupled with business acumen to improve our business performance.  

The ideal candidate is adept at using large data sets to find opportunities to optimize our business practices. Strong experience using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, using a variety of data tools, building and implementing models, using/creating pipelines and creating/running simulations strongly preferred.

Located in vibrant Washington, DC and reporting to the Director of Analytics, this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed organization with a desire to be the leader in the studio fitness space.

Responsibilities
  • Analytics Engineering: Write production-quality SQL in Snowflake to power reporting pipelines and dashboards; Python or R experience is a plus for statistical analysis and automation.
  • Marketing & Consumer Insights: Analyze campaign performance across channels to surface ROI drivers, track customer journey and conversion metrics, and build attribution models that identify the highest-impact touchpoints.
  • Data Visualization: Own the design and maintenance of Tableau dashboards that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to align analytical work with business priorities while ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • High-Impact Prioritization: Apply 80/20 thinking to focus on the metrics and analyses that drive the most meaningful business outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Advanced SQL proficiency; Snowflake experience strongly preferred. Python or R is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau or a comparable BI tool.
  • Strong quantitative background with demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience with marketing analytics, attribution modeling, or consumer insights.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and balancing multiple priorities across self-directed and collaborative work.
  • High attention to detail and a genuine curiosity for getting to the right answer.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field preferred.
