WO-010 Technical Instructor Position Summary
The Technical Instructor supports mission-critical objectives under the referenced work order by developing and delivering technical training on EDA platform usage, OSINT analysis, geospatial workflows, data engineering, and enterprise data management. This role creates hands-on instructional content for technical users including practical exercises. This future opportunity is contingent upon award. Job Description
• The Technical Instructor is responsible for delivering training on the use of Jupyter Notebooks, API integrations, metadata management, and structured data layer development.
• The position requires creating and adapting hands-on instructional content for technical users including practical exercises.
• Instructors will coordinate with the Training Coordinator to align delivery with broader training objectives.
• The role includes incorporating real-world scenarios into training programs and adapting content to evolving needs. Required Qualifications and Experience
The contractor shall provide personnel who meet one of the following requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, Data Science, or a related field; or
• A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in technical training or applied instruction. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in the following areas:
• OSINT methodologies and geospatial data analysis.
• ESRI ArcGIS, dashboard analytics, and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Mission-relevant tools and practical exposure to technical training environments.
• Supporting interagency collaboration.
• Training program evaluation and working with international or partner-nation personnel. Required Skills and Competencies
• Expertise in OSINT methodologies, geospatial data analysis, and ESRI ArcGIS.
• Working knowledge of dashboard analytics, Jupyter Notebooks, RBAC, and cataloging standards.
• Proficiency in secure data environments and role-based access controls.
