This job focuses on the meticulous tracking and reporting of inventory for procurement operations. It requires analyzing data to support strategic procurement decisions and policy formulation. The role also involves ensuring audit compliance and collaborating with senior management to optimize procurement practices.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze purchase order data to identify trends, discrepancies and process inefficiencies
  • Design, build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports
  • Conduct gap analysis against procurement policies and PO lifecycle standards
  • Support audit activities by providing data and insights
  • Build automation for recurring reports and communication outreach
  • Developing inventory tracking reports and maintaining data integrity for procurement activities
  • Generating insightful weekly and monthly procurement reports for key internal stakeholders
  • Identifying and proposing solutions to inventory management issues in collaboration with senior management
  • Providing data support for procurement audits and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Communicating statistical analyses and data findings effectively across procurement and finance teams
  • Crafting presentations and detailed reports to inform procurement strategies and performance
  • Analyzing market trends to assist in strategic sourcing and cost-saving opportunities within procurement
  • Supporting the creation and enforcement of procurement policies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
