RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Playbook Change & Reporting Analyst.
Responsibilities:
* Support stakeholder/SME interview documentation and consolidation of interview themes
* Maintain feedback logs, issue logs, action items, RAID inputs, reporting inputs, decision logs, and dependency trackers for the team
* Support review of available materials and documentation of gaps, observations, recommended updates, and open questions
* *Support backend investigation and synthesis of available information, including Conduit guidance, work-order examples, adoption metrics, reporting examples, process information, working-session notes, and stakeholder inputs
* Support development of the Available Materials Review Summary, Stakeholder/SME Interview Summary, Issue Handling and Reporting Approach, Reporting and Feedback Tracking Approach, and other milestone deliverables as assigned
* Support preparation, organization, and quality review of milestone deliverable packages, including consolidation of inputs, themes, open items, risks, and recommendations
* Support consolidation of themes, risks, questions, dependencies, open items, and recommendations for weekly reporting and milestone packages
* Help define practical reporting and feedback tracking approaches for pilot observations, user issues, support needs, adoption risks, and leadership visibility
* Support definition of adoption KPIs, reporting inputs, dashboard needs, source-data dependencies, process handoffs, and friction logs
* Map available process information from work-order assignment through photo capture, review, rework, approval, closure, and downstream asset/template usage
* Help clarify what can be reported using existing data versus what would require future reporting, dashboard, data, or system changes
* Support the Data Collection Adoption Playbook by organizing field feedback, stakeholder input, known friction points, support paths, and reinforcement considerations
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-8+ years overall experience, with 3+ years in business analysis, process analysis, KPI reporting, adoption reporting, operational reporting, PMO analysis, or similar role supporting technology or operational transformation initiatives
* Strong documentation, synthesis, note-taking, and written communication skills
* Experience maintaining RAID logs, issue logs, action item trackers, decision logs, dependency trackers, feedback logs, friction logs, or similar project controls
* Ability to organize stakeholder input, meeting notes, field feedback, and available source materials into concise themes and recommendations
* Ability to define adoption KPIs, reporting requirements, dashboard needs, data dependencies, process handoffs, friction logs, decision logs, and leadership-ready summaries
* Ability to distinguish what can be measured today from what requires new data, reporting, dashboards, or system changes
* Ability to map operational processes from work-order assignment through photo submission, review, approval, closure, and downstream asset/template usage
* Experience supporting reporting inputs, metrics tracking, dashboard requirements, adoption/readiness reporting, or leadership reporting without necessarily building production dashboards
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint or similar collaboration/documentation tools
* Ability to work in ambiguous environments where documentation may be incomplete and inputs are refined during the engagement
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
