    Shift starts around 3am.
    6th day available for extra money.
Activity Pay & Additional Compensation
  • New York City Stop Pay: $47.50 per stop
  • Lift Gate Stop Pay: $30.00 per stop
  • Live Stop Pay: $17.25 per stop

We are looking for professional, safety-minded Class A CDL Drivers for a local dedicated account operating out of Windsor Locks, CT. This position offers daily home time and steady, year-round work delivering dry groceries to supermarkets and distribution centers. If you are a skilled driver who excels at navigating city environments and wants a reliable schedule with excellent benefits, we want to hear from you.

Route & Schedule Details
  • Operating Area: Within a 250-mile radius of Windsor Locks, CT. Routes include New Jersey, Massachusetts, Vermont, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, Pennsylvania, and upstate New York.
  • NYC Driving: Drivers should plan to deliver in the NYC Boroughs and Long Island daily (roughly 80% to 90% of the freight routes into these areas).
  • Equipment & Workflow: Operating 45ft, 48ft, 51ft, and 53ft trailers. Expect multi-stop loads, typically averaging 2 to 3 stops per trailer.
  • Support: Onsite management team dedicated to driver support, safety, and efficient routing.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
  • Experience: Must have at least 3 months of Class A tractor-trailer experience.
  • Geography: Must reside within 40 miles of Windsor Locks, CT for daily commuting.
  • Skills: Comfort and proficiency with tight maneuvering, city driving, and multi-stop freight delivery.
