Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‐oriented, ethical, and highly organized Daily Money Manager (DMM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong financial literacy, sound judgment, and a client‐centered approach. In this role, you will work directly with clients to manage everyday financial tasks, including bill payment, recordkeeping, budgeting, and coordination with accountants, attorneys, and family members.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, organize, and manage clients’ financial documents and accounts
• Pay bills, monitor expenses, and reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Track and categorize income, spending, and investments
• Prepare clear and accurate monthly financial reports
• Assist clients with budgeting, credit card management, and account organization
