As a member of a cross-functional team, the DFC Business Systems Analyst I resolve support tickets, implement system enhancements and automation, develop reports, and helps onboard and train new users.
In this role, Business Analysts directly influence our systems, our operations, and, most importantly, the experience of our customers.
The analyst reports to the DFC Business Systems Supervisor.
Location: Tigard, OR (Hybrid) preferred; Remote, USA
Compensation: The full salary range for this position is $60,000-$85,000 annually. The anticipated starting pay for this role is $60,000-$70,000, based on factors such as skills, experience, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
Ability to implement system changes via code (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL) or configuration updates within financial and business applications.
Identify and implement automations for ticketing and onboarding processes using scripting and automation tools (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI).
Skills and Qualifications
Familiarity with scripting and automation tools such as JavaScript (required), Python, SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
