Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Mechanic's Helper to support the maintenance and smooth operation of our laundry plant. This role ensures our equipment, tools, and facilities remain safe, functional, and well-organized.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, observant, and eager to learn. They communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and take initiative to solve problems while following safety procedures.
Position Details
  • Schedule: Sunday night through Friday morning, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. This is an overnight schedule with five shifts per week.
  • Compensation: Starting pay is $20.00 per hour. After successful completion of the 90-day introductory period, pay increases to $21.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with maintenance and basic repairs of industrial laundry equipment
  • Support the Lead Engineer in inspections and troubleshooting
  • Maintain tools, parts, and workspaces in an organized and accessible way
  • Help with facility tasks such as painting, patching, and minor repairs
  • Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly
  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance protocols
  • Support the operations team to keep machinery and systems running efficiently
