Enterprise Account Executive - CybersecurityWhat would your job entail?

Our offering combines leading technologies with consulting, professional services and managed services, enabling us to deliver solutions that have a significant and lasting impact on our customers’ security environments.

Because of the strategic and often business-critical nature of these solutions, the way we engage with customers goes far beyond traditional product sales. Our sales teams act as trusted advisors, taking a consultative approach to understanding customer environments, identifying challenges and translating them into meaningful cybersecurity and networking solutions. Building credibility and trust with both technical and business stakeholders is therefore essential, as is a strong interest in and understanding of cybersecurity.

In this context, the Enterprise Account Executive plays a key role in developing and growing customer relationships. You are responsible for positioning and selling Nomios’ cybersecurity and networking portfolio, advising both existing and prospective customers in identifying, qualifying and influencing their security and fixed/cloud networking requirements.

Working closely with our Presales Engineers, you proactively engage with customers to explore opportunities and shape solutions that address their strategic needs. At the same time, you collaborate with our technology partners to develop and expand new sales opportunities. You take ownership of the full sales cycle - from initiating and qualifying opportunities to solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation and contract execution - ensuring successful outcomes for both your customers and Nomios.

In short:

  • Expanding our customer base in the Belgian Enterprise/SMB market by prospecting and building a continuous pipeline of opportunities.
  • Develop customer-specific solutions and services in collaboration with our Presales Engineers and other specialized departments.
  • Presentation of the developed concepts to the customer.
  • Drawing up quotations and conducting contract negotiations.
  • Creating and developing long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain close contact with the account teams of the partner vendors.
  • Share knowledge about leads, prospects and new customers with the Sales team.
What are we looking for in our Enterprise Account Executive?
  • At least 5 years of successful experience as IT sales (preferably in cybersecurity) in SMB/Enterprise market.
  • Knowledge of, and experience in the field of cybersecurity is required, knowledge/experience in network infrastructure is a plus.
  • You have experience working within the integrator–distributor–vendor ecosystem.
  • You like to hunt and are eager to prospect new customers.
  • You have an established network of decision makers in the Belgian SMB/Enterprise market.
  • Most important qualities are: goal oriented, entrepreneurship, hands‑on approach and flexibility. You have a no-nonsense and proactive personality and like to work based on personal targets and annual objectives.
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English, Dutch, and French.
  • You already live in Belgium, which makes it easy to come to our office in Zaventem.
