Position Summary


The Project Manager is responsible for leading complex PARCS projects from initiation through final closeout, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. This role oversees all phases of project execution, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, procurement coordination, and stakeholder communication.


The Project Manager collaborates closely with civil, electrical (low and high voltage), IT, logistics, sales, and service teams, as well as subcontractors and client stakeholders, to ensure seamless implementation and compliance with industry standards and DESIGNA quality guidelines.


This position serves as the primary point of contact for clients, manages detailed project documentation and reporting, and ensures proper transition and handover to the Service and Support department upon completion. The role requires strong engineering knowledge, technical proficiency within the PARCS industry, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while maintaining high standards of quality, performance, and regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring efficient execution and successful delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate withlow voltage and high voltageelectricians,civil/concrete sub-contractors,explainscope of work,trackand report progress.
  • Create and manage detailed project schedules (Gantt charts) covering all phases from Notice to Proceed through final acceptance and sign-off.
  • Define project requirements and manage execution through deployment, including scope definition, schedule development, budget estimation, implementation planning, and risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate withITteam to order servers, network switches,routers, firewalls anddeliveredin time to meet projecttimeline.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate with order entry and Sales to finalize BOM, track ordering process, coordinate withlogisticscontrol.
  • Establish andmaintainstrong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for project status and changes.
  • Implement andmaintainstructured processes for scope management, quality assurance, performance standards, and risk assessment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop transition and implementation plans to support seamless project execution and handover.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including plans, design drawings, reports, updates, and closeout documentation.
  • Report project progress, outcomes, and risks to leadership, escalating issues as required in alignment with the project work plan.
  • Compile and deliver all required documentation for final project sign-off and formal handover to the Service and Support department.
  • Ensure all project activitiescomply withindustry standards, regulatory requirements, and DESIGNA quality guidelines.
  • Apply strong engineering knowledge within the PARCS industry while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.


Systems Understanding:

  • Deep knowledge ofcivil and electrical construction,permittingprocess,interpretplan sets andexplainto sub-contractors,TCP/IPinfrastructure, and system architecture.


Technical Proficiency:

  • Familiarity withPARCS industry,PGS guidance system,cloud platforms,payment card industry, or cybersecurity,proficiencyinproject management tools.
