Responsibilities:

  • Leads internal project to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing. Manages corporate and third-party vendor efforts to plan, build and implement solutions to internal problems and issues
  • Strategist: Recognized authority internally and externally on leading-edge technologies, theories, or techniques. Provides innovative solutions to complex and critically sensitive issues affecting multiple disciplines and work groups. Determines and pursues courses of action essential in accomplishing objectives. Integrates advanced technology, theories or techniques that have a significant continued impact across disciplines and business units. Serves as organization spokesperson on specialized projects or programs. Champions large projects that affect the company's long-range goals and objectives.
  • Provide dedicated program management for critical Cyber programs execution and outcomes delivery, ensuring disciplined Vulnerability Management, Detection and Response, EOL/EOS, Enterprise Directory upgrades, governance, risk, compliance, Lab assessments, and remediation.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own end to end execution for Cyber program workstreams
  • Build and manage integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs
  • Drive weekly execution cadence, issue resolution, and leadership reporting
  • Coordinate across Cyber, IT, Network Security, vendors, and partners
  • Proactively identify risks and escalate with clear mitigation options Required Program Management Skills
  • Cybersecurity enterprise program/project management
  • Proven delivery of large, multi workstream initiatives
  • Strong dependency, risk, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate technical execution into exec ready communication Technical Skills Required (Cyber Programs)
  • Vulnerability Management, Detection and Response (Logging, Red Teaming, TTX), Network Segmentation, IAM/PAM - RBAC / JEA, ABAC
  • SailPoint Integration
  • Working knowledge of network and firewall security concepts
  • Managing dependencies with IT, networking, and external vendors
  • Coordination of platform integrations
  • Audit readiness, evidence coordination, and remediation validation
  • Ability to explain technical gaps to non technical stakeholders Delivery Environment
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed IT Infrastructure organizations
  • Strong comfort with Jira/ADO, Confluence/SharePoint, Smartsheet and status dashboards.

Education & Experience:

  • First Level University degree. Advanced University degree preferred.
  • 15 years of experience in project management or in like roles/businesses.
  • Has an in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the critical business success factors. Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key Services operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.
  • Has an extensive understanding of critical project management techniques. PMP Certified
