We're always looking to add talented CrowdStrikers to the team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community and each other. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

We're investing in program managers who are energetic, eager to learn, flexible and capable of managing large scale/complex engineering projects in a fast-paced environment through innovative AI-enhanced approaches.

As a Program Manager, you'll be responsible for directly supporting and engaging in the work and projects of the CTIO team. The CTIO ensures CrowdStrike maintains its position as a technology leader by fostering engineering excellence, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives, and anticipating emerging threats and market trends.

We're seeking a Senior Program Manager to join a growing team, where you will be deeply embedded with engineering teams and partners across the organization to drive complex platform engineering programs. You will be responsible for providing hands-on program leadership and direct support to the CTIO organization's sensor, cloud engineering, and research teams, leveraging both traditional program practices and innovative, AI-enhanced approaches.

This role involves managing multiple cross-team projects and programs as well as developing AI-powered solutions that automate routine tasks, surface insights, and enhance decision-making for the team. You'll work closely with the teams and across geo-locations in the United States, Europe and India to collaborate and ensure dependencies are well known, critical issues are identified and driven to resolution.

Location:

  • This is a hybrid role based out Redmond, WA, Sunnyvale, CA, Austin, TX, Arlington, VA, NYC, or Toronto with an expectation of being in the office at least 2 days per week.

What You'll Do:

Traditional Program Management (70%):

  • Partner and facilitate directly with sensor engineering, cloud engineering, and research teams at all levels; from debugging deployment issues with engineers to providing executive updates on project initiatives

  • Demonstrate technical fluency in architecture, cloud infrastructure, build systems, and platform engineering practices in order to align with business objectives and drive project deliverables, resources, and timelines

  • Drive technical decision-making processes, facilitating discussions between engineering teams to resolve architectural challenges, infrastructure dependencies, and build system optimizations, exercising sound judgment in decisions involving people, data, and technology trade-offs

  • Create and drive project delivery schedules for endpoint and cloud platform initiatives, working with engineering management on task assignments and managing progress of portfolio phases through detailed implementation tasks, including dependencies within and across teams

  • Collaborate with multiple worldwide business units (including platform engineers, cloud engineers, SREs, product management, and other engineering teams) to clearly identify, explain, and communicate project involvement, goals, expectations, and deliverables for programs, ensuring alignment with strategic imperatives and customer-facing security capabilities

  • Proactively track status of engineering activities and ensure schedules and priorities are met for releases

  • Ensure critical infrastructure issues are identified, tracked through resolution, and escalated appropriately, creatively addressing complex problems and managing risks at both project and cross-portfolio levels

  • Manage daily/weekly project communication and status reporting for complex platform initiatives

  • Coach distributed teams and cross-functional partners on frameworks and shared accountability, synthesizing complex portfolio insights to drive aligned, executable outcomes across the organization

AI Tooling Creation (30%):

  • Build AI-powered dashboards and automated reporting systems using Claude skills and agentic workflows for project monitoring and program insights

  • Create intelligent integrations between Jira, GitLab, monitoring tools, and build systems that surface platform health and program risks automatically

  • Design AI-enhanced workflows that automate routine program management tasks while improving visibility into sensor platform engineering programs, freeing time for strategic stakeholder management, creative problem-solving, and relationship building

What You'll Need

Program Management Excellence:

  • 7 + or 10+ years managing complex platform engineering and infrastructure programs with 100+ engineers

  • Expert-level Jira proficiency and Agile/Scrum methodology experience

  • Proven track record owning programs/portfolios of products/features, scoping requirements, and planning milestones

  • Strong organizational awareness with ability to navigate complex organizational structures, manage cross-functional stakeholders in dispersed portfolios, and understand how Sensor Foundations work connects to enterprise strategy

  • Ability to extrapolate context from complex technical conversations and provide teams with valuable summations around action items and next steps

  • Attention to detail with ability to make logical, timely decisions in fast-paced environments

  • Excel at proactively driving results while serving as an active resource for technical teams

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Leadership & Communication:

  • Seasoned team coach managing distributed platform and cloud engineering teams across timezones

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to traverse seamlessly between strategic direction and tactical execution

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills that create impact beyond individual contributions, fostering collaboration across organizational boundaries

  • Proven track record of mentoring and supporting other program managers while driving organizational change in platform engineering contexts

  • Must work effectively with cross-functional groups across divisions worldwide as part of a collaborative team

Bonus Points:

  • Background building platform engineering tools or infrastructure automation

  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools (Claude Code, GitHub, Copilot) as daily workflow accelerators

  • Ability to build Claude skills, AI workflows, and prompt engineering solutions

  • Experience integrating AI into existing enterprise workflows and infrastructure tools

  • Comfort with light development in Python or Go for AI automation scripts

  • Familiarity with enterprise AI deployment and change management in cloud environments

  • Experience supporting platform engineering portfolios that drive infrastructure, build systems, cloud architecture, and system reliability

  • Experience with sensor technologies, endpoint security platforms, or distributed systems reliability engineering
