●      Oversee all Partner communications that fall under your responsibly.

●      Oversee the daily updates for all work done on projects and installs and communicate status to Partners.

●      Schedule and maintain weekly communications with Partners to update them on all work being done for them. 

●      Manage all operational costs associated with all projects, installs, and service work and keep daily notes for invoicing.

●      Oversee the designing and implementation of all internal subcontractor templates and documents. 

●      Provide weekly updates of all COGS reporting for each Partner you manage.

Daily routines

●      Identify top 3 and plan to accomplish them.

●      Assess Critical Actions and how your job will help the company get to 5000 new systems by 12.31.25 because every business deserves a partner they can trust.

●      Work through daily ticket creation, publishing, assigning to meet cost and speed of service goals

●      Ensure an initial response to all partner emails and request in a timely mannerwithin 10 min of receipt
