What We Need:

The VP of Digital Sales, Markets, is responsible for working with our sales team and the iHeart Digital Solutions team to build and sell integrated campaigns with assets such a Streaming Audio, Podcasts, Social Influencers, OTT and more. In this role you will lead digital sales efforts for these designated markets and with the sales team will manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close, as well as campaign maintenance and client relationship management with the goal of achieving digital revenue goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage Digital revenue and remain accountable for meeting or exceeding assigned Digital budgets in the region/markets.

  • Oversee Digital Sales activities and processes, including preparing budgets, forecasting revenue, and managing digital sales expenses.

  • Oversee management of available Digital advertising inventory to drive the most profitable sales.

  • Set sales goals and guide the goalsetting process.

  • Obtain, allocate, and adjust operational resources to achieve sales and service goals.

  • Translate market and Digital business strategies into specific actions that generate sales and revenue.

  • Develop strategic digital sales solutions that integrate with iHeart's nondigital media assets.

  • Act as a strategic resource for Sales Managers, AEs, clients, and additional markets across the Region.

  • Serve as a constant liaison between sales, clients, and vendors.

  • Maintain expertise in digital product features and benefits, including Ad Tagging, Rich Media, Data Sharing for attribution and effectiveness, Audience Targeting, Viewability Studies, and Systems.

  • Ensure ongoing personal and team training and development specific to Digital marketing and iHeart's digital platform.

  • Partner with Digital Sales Engineers, Project Managers, Operational Support, and thirdparty ad tech partners to properly plan, sell, execute, optimize, and recap all Digital Sales campaigns.

  • Support Sales Leadership in recruiting and hiring digitally savvy sellers with strong client bases and inmarket relationships.
