What You'll Do
  • Lead the implementation and sustainment of a complex cybersecurity program within a healthcare facility.
  • Engage regularly with hospital leaders in IT, clinical, quality, security, and audit functions.
  • Provide guidance on cybersecurity issues related to medical devices and urgent threats.
  • Support internal and external cybersecurity audits and lead remediation efforts.
  • Oversee local HTM cybersecurity training and awareness programs for staff and leadership.
  • Evaluate and develop cybersecurity competencies within the HTM team.
  • Represent Sodexo in industry forums and maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, change management, and resource planning to ensure program success.

What You Bring
  • Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder cybersecurity programs, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards, healthcare compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
  • Excellent project and program management skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technologies, especially medical devices.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs and drive results across functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
