Apogee Global RMS is expanding its cybersecurity and enterpriserisk practice and seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead, coordinate, and mature client-facing security programs. This role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity operations, risk management, governance, and executivelevel communication - ideal for a structured, strategic, and highly organized practitioner who thrives in fastmoving advisory environments.

Role Overview:

The Cybersecurity Program Manager will oversee cybersecurity initiatives, coordinate crossfunctional stakeholders, and ensure program alignment with risk, compliance, and business priorities. You will work directly with senior leadership, support enterprise security governance, and help clients strengthen their security posture through disciplined program management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage cybersecurity programs across governance, risk, compliance, and operations
  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams, security stakeholders, and external partners
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and reporting dashboards
  • Support policy development, security controls, and compliance documentation
  • Track progress against security initiatives, SLAs, and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate meetings, status reviews, and executivelevel briefings
  • Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies across cybersecurity workflows
  • Support incidentresponse coordination and postincident program updates

Requirements

Qualifications
  • 3-7+ years of experience in cybersecurity program management, GRC, or security operations
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO, CIS, SOC2, etc.)
  • Experience managing crossfunctional security initiatives or enterprise programs
  • Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical concepts for leadership
  • Strong organizational discipline, documentation skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, fastpaced environment
  • Familiarity with risk management, compliance, or incidentresponse processes
  • PMP, CISSP, CISM, CGRC, or similar certifications are a plus
