Job description

Our mission and why it matters
We are on a mission to make humans the strongest security layer.
Human risk remains one of the biggest vulnerabilities and traditional awareness training is not enough. We take a different approach by combining AI-driven personalization, real threat detection, and behavioral science to actively protect people and organizations.
We don't just simulate risks. We build the tools that detect and stop them.
About this role
We are looking for a Channel Account Manager to create strong, lasting channel relationships that amplify our reach, grow revenue, and ultimately help protect organizations and people from evolving cyber threats. This is more than a sales role. It is a chance to shape our U.S. channel strategy during a pivotal stage of growth.
As a Channel Account Manager, you will act as both a builder and a connector, cultivating strategic partnerships with resellers, enabling them with the tools to succeed, and ensuring our joint customers thrive. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to strengthen our go-to-market engine and position Hoxhunt as the partner of choice. You are a self-starter with a growth mindset, bringing a passion for solving real-world customer problems while expanding our regional footprint.
What you'll do
  • Develop and execute a regional channel strategy that supports revenue and growth targets.
  • Drive joint pipeline generation, partner enablement, and deal acceleration.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with partner sales, technical, and executive teams.
  • Track partner performance, forecast pipeline, and report on key metrics.
  • Organize and manage partner events in your region.
  • Collaborate with direct sales on territory planning and joint opportunities.
  • Represent Hoxhunt at industry and partner events to expand regional presence and brand.

What success looks like
  • In your first 30 days, quickly building trust and visibility across your territory. You'll meet key AEs and SDRs, understand their partner relationships, and identify where to focus. You'll begun mapping partner contacts and initiating outreach grounded in real opportunities and intent data. Early conversations are focused on learning, alignment, and uncovering quick wins.
  • By day 60, expanding engagement and creating early momentum with partners. You're actively connecting with under-engaged but high-potential partners using tailored, value-driven outreach. You're aligned with AEs and SDRs on target accounts and using that insight to drive meaningful partner conversations. Early joint planning sessions and initial deal activity are starting to take shape.
  • By day 90 and beyond, turning relationships into consistent pipeline. You've built strong connections with both active and underperforming partners and are engaging them through a mix of virtual and in-person touch points. Early conversations are progressing into deal registrations, and you're refining your approach based on what's working. You're seen as a proactive, trusted partner internally and externally, contributing to sustained growth.

What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales or strategic alliances within SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a partner-driven model.
  • Hands-on experience with partner lifecycle management, from recruitment to enablement.
  • Established partner network and knowledge of the regional channel landscape.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Bonus Points
  • Experience working in an early-stage, fast-growth SaaS company.
  • Cybersecurity experience.
  • Knowledge of Hoxhunt.

Who you'll work with
At Hoxhunt, we don't just build software. We build behavior change on a global scale. With a world-class product and over 50% year-on-year growth, we're helping companies around the world create a culture of cybersecurity, one employee at a time.
You'll join a high-performing team focused on growing our presence in North America. The Minneapolis office is a hub for collaboration, where people work closely together, share ideas openly, and support each other in getting results. It's a hands-on environment where you'll have visibility into the business and the opportunity to make an impact early.
What you can expect from us
  • Compensation: Annual base salary of $110k-$120k depending on experience, plus a competitive commission model with on-target earnings of $190k-$200k.
  • Working ways: We work in a flexible, hybrid setting. Most roles include regular in-office time, typically two days per week.
  • High performance meets high humanity: We're a high-performing team with ambitious goals and a strong focus on impact. Just as important, we create an environment where people feel supported, respected, and empowered to succeed together.
  • Authentic trust & autonomy: We hire great people and trust them to do great work. You'll find a culture that values autonomy, giving you the space to take real ownership, drive impact, and help shape things early on.
  • A product you can be proud of: It is incredibly rare in cybersecurity to build an award-winning product that end-users genuinely love. You will join a fast-paced, technically sophisticated team making a real, measurable impact against cybercrime.
  • The perks that matter: Alongside this amazing community, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage (with a portion of premiums covered by the company), life insurance, PTO, 11 paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays, wellness benefits, paid parental leave, a 401(k) match, and more.
