Job description

Our client migrated from Cyberark on-prem to the Cyberark Privilege Cloud product in the spring of 2024. We also leverage the Cyberark Password Manager (Identity User Portal) for a limited number of users with specific use cases. We have vaulted approximately 200 privileged user accounts and also interactive login service accounts.

Requirements
  • Configuration of Cyberark Privilege Cloud and all on prem server components
  • Deploy any security patches provided by Cyberark for the PSM servers and other on prem components of the solution
  • Responsible for Privileged User account administration
  • Integrating interactive login service accounts into safes
  • Identifying privileged accounts which have not been vaulted and work with stakeholders to onboard credentials
  • Creating support documentation and performing knowledge transfer for new users of the Cyberark safes
  • Creating and managing Platforms, Policies and Safes
  • Managing and testing CPM plugins
  • Performing health check monitoring on all CyberArk on prem servers
  • Testing, documenting and certifying new product versions, capabilities and bug fixes
  • Ability to read blueprints/architectural diagrams and independently execute plans
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with Cyberark
