This is a remote position.
MasonBlue Security is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Skills Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive cybersecurity training programs to a diverse audience. The trainer will utilize their deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices to educate and empower individuals and organizations to safeguard their digital assets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Training Programs: Design and develop engaging and effective cybersecurity training curricula for various levels of learners, including beginners, intermediate, and advanced users.
  • Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various cybersecurity topics such as threat detection, incident response, security compliance, and ethical hacking.
  • Assess and Evaluate: Create assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and the progress of participants. Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in cybersecurity. Continuously update training materials to reflect the most current information and techniques.
  • Customize Training: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of different organizations and industries. Provide one-on-one coaching and support as needed.
  • Resource Development: Develop and maintain training resources such as manuals, guides, and online courses. Utilize a variety of teaching methods and tools to enhance learning experiences.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Preferred Qualifications:
