ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Oracle Software Developer to join our team. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Perform high-level engineering tasks including system architecture, detailed design, and complex testing for product development and service areas.
  • Plan and conduct research and development projects. Lead functional teams, providing guidance to technical staff and ensuring conformance to design specifications.
  • Identify innovative solutions to complex technical challenges by taking a broad, multi-disciplinary perspective.
  • Interpret internal/external business issues to recommend best practices. Anticipate potential objections from stakeholders and influence others to adopt new viewpoints or technical directions.
  • Analyze existing products and processes to recommend enhancements that improve performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Uses software development technologies and tools to build, test, and maintain product modules, components, and subsystems.
  • May require interaction with customers, vendors, and external development partners.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency and experienced in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL programming languages
  • Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, Libraries
  • Experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle HRMS applications
  • Proficient in SQL Developer, PL/SQL Developer, and TOAD.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in CSSLP
  • Experience with Air Force
  • Experience with DOD/Government

Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance suitability

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

The projected compensation range for this position is $89,100.00-$148,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
