Position Summary
Support assigned marketing efforts for the Customer Energy and Transportation Solutions group, supporting development of marketing strategy and execution for mature products. Ensure understanding business priorities and report on marketing results. Utilize customer insights, data and internal relationships to increase product awareness and participation.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Synthesize program portfolio team inputs to support development of engaging marketing strategies and annual plan for mature products.
  • Use customer segmentation and product value propositions to recommend product bundles.
  • Understand customers using internal and external data to determine customer preferences.
  • Track and report on assigned budget and KPIs.
  • Support product awareness research.
  • Identify product and customer experience improvement recommendations.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
  • 3 years of marketing experience OR a combination of sales and marketing.
  • Experience with advertising, and promotion principles and tactics.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven results.

Preferred Requirements
- 1 year experience in program, product or brand management preferred.
- Project Management experience.
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Product or service marketing experience

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
