To accelerate our growth, we are seeking a talented Sales Development Representative - US West/ TOLA Regions with startup passion, a can-do attitude, and a desire to make an impact, while building a future for themselves and Stellar Cyber. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and setting up appointments for the sales team. This position requires a blend of inside sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for cultivating connections within the cybersecurity industry.
This role offers growth in scope, earnings, and ownership within inside sales, including opportunities to expand into senior/strategic accounts, mentoring, and pipeline ownership. While we value internal mobility, this position is designed for individuals who are motivated to build a long-term career in inside sales rather than transitioning to field sales.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts and decision-makers within the cybersecurity space through research and outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social selling activities to engage with prospects and generate interest in our cybersecurity solutions.
  • Qualify leads and opportunities based on predetermined criteria and effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their challenges, goals, and pain points, positioning our solutions as the ideal fit.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule meetings, demos, and presentations with qualified leads, ensuring smooth handoff and transition.
  • Utilize CRM tools to accurately track and document lead interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progression.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively articulate our value proposition and differentiate our offerings.
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, pipeline contribution, and revenue growth.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in inside sales or sales development roles, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology sector.
  • SFDC experience a must.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects and customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for cybersecurity

The base compensation range for this role is USD 75,000-95,000 per year. Total compensation includes OTE, bonus opportunity and equity, and will vary based on candidate location.
