As a Senior Consultant, you will have opportunities to:

  • Work with clients and engagement teams to develop and refine enterprise-wide digital asset strategies, including defining value propositions, identifying use cases, prioritizing roadmaps, and outlining investment requirements.
  • Assess new and emerging digital asset technologies, and design mitigation strategies for related emerging risks.
  • Stand up new business and finance capabilities to engage with the digital asset ecosystem, including designing target-state operating models that encompass organization structure, governance, processes, roles, skills, and performance measures.
  • Build and validate business cases for digital asset initiatives, including financial modeling, risk assessment, and scenario analysis.
  • Research, collaborate, and report on risks and mitigating factors associated with various digital asset ecosystems.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for supporting client engagement teams in business and operational model considerations as well as assessing risk of digital asset ecosystems, covering compliance, regulatory, BSA/AML, cyber, operational, blockchain, and financial risks.
  • Identify strategic risks and opportunities in the digital asset ecosystem based on industry insights, latest academic research, and exchange with colleagues.
  • Educate clients and internal teams on digital assets and operating model leading practices.
  • Prepare technical documentation and diagrams for digital assets, contributing to guidance on private key management, smart contract platforms, multi-signature/MPC, privacy coins, protocol governance, proof-of-work, and proof-of-stake consensus models.
  • Provide risk and regulatory advisory support in defining and reviewing business models.
  • Design and deploy business and finance process changes and risk-mitigating controls to enable digital-asset-specific capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, or digital asset strategy, with direct involvement in developing and refining enterprise-wide digital asset strategies, including value propositions, use cases, roadmap prioritization, and investment requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to design target-state operating models for digital asset initiatives, encompassing organization structure, governance, processes, roles, skills, and performance measures
  • Proven experience building and validating business cases for digital asset projects, including financial modeling, risk assessment, and scenario analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and opportunities in emerging digital asset ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare technical documentation and educate stakeholders on digital assets and operating model leading practices.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred qualifications
