  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of human-centric cyber risks,identifyingvulnerabilities and potential attack vectors tied to human actors like phishing, social engineering, and insider threats.

  • Design, implement, and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies and controls to prevent unauthorized disclosure or exfiltration of sensitive information.You'llalso monitor DLP alerts, investigate incidents, and recommend remediation steps.

  • Develop and implement programs to detect, analyze, and mitigate insider risks, including monitoring user behavior and collaborating with relevant stakeholders (e.g., HR, Legal) on incident response.

  • Stay ahead of current attack vectors, trends, and techniques used by threat actors targeting human vulnerabilities, proactivelyidentifyingemergingthreatsand recommending countermeasures.

  • Strong understanding of information security best practices, frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and regulatory requirements.

  • In-depth knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) principles, technologies, and implementation strategies.

  • Proven experience with Insider Risk Management methodologies and tools.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 134,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
