Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic Cyber Operations Officer to drive advanced cyber operations while enabling mission success through strategic planning, intelligence integration, and process optimization. This role blends operational cyber expertise with organizational effectiveness, ensuring that complex AI-driven threats are addressed through coordinated, data-informed, and mission-aligned efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, deployment, and execution of cyber efforts focused on AI-enhanced capabilities
  • Identify and assess vulnerabilities within adversary AI infrastructure and related systems
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to enable synchronized cyber operations and strengthen cross-functional mission alignment
  • Support strategic planning efforts by coordinating and executing initiatives that drive mission enablement and process improvement
  • Assess organizational strategies, processes, and resource requirements to identify impacts and support effective mission execution
  • Design, refine, and document procedures to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and repeatability of mission activities
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance organizational capabilities
  • Evaluate business and management processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and performance
  • Recommend and facilitate implementation of improved processes, tools, and best practices
  • Develop and deliver operational and executive briefings, translating complex technical and AI concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
  • Prepare and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in cyber operations
  • Experience analyzing, targeting, or defending against AI-enabled or emerging technology threats
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning and process improvement initiatives within complex organizations
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance data collection, aggregation, and interpretation
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to senior, non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating across multiple teams, organizations, or agencies in high-tempo environments
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required
