Description & Requirements
Maximus supports mission-critical cyber operations across the Department of War (DoW) market, delivering mission-critical capabilities to assess, test, and strengthen the resilience of defense systems operating in contested environments. This position supports authorized offensive cyber activities designed to test, evaluate, and strengthen the resilience of defense systems operating in highly contested environments.
This role is onsite, five days a week, and requires a TS/SCI security clearance.
This position is contingent upon award.

Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct authorized penetration testing and red team operations against systems and networks.
- Simulate real-world adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to evaluate security controls.
- Develop and execute attack plans and exploitation chains.
- Document vulnerabilities and support remediation recommendations.
Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:
- Active Top Secret / SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional offensive cyber operations and/or red team experience.
- Required DoD 8140 certifications for DCWF 121: OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, GWAPT (one or more required).
- Hands-on experience with Metasploit, Burp Suite, Kali Linux + MITRE ATT&CK framework.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Exploit development experience using Python, C, or assembly.
- Experience conducting red team operations in DoW cyber environments.
- Advanced familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
