Job description

E-logic is seeking a Deployment Operations Specialist I to directly support Department of Defense time-sensitive planning, force rotation, and mobility operations for America's Armored Corps. In this role, you will be responsible for validating Time Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD) using a variety of critical military logistics and mobility systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create, refine, and review unit TPFDD data within JOPES; build and validate Unit Line Numbers (ULNs) on a daily tracker spreadsheet.
  • Extract force-flow data using the Rapid Query Tool (RQT); analyze movement requirements and verify transportation feasibility.
  • Track the movement of personnel, equipment, and cargo using standard ITV tools and prepare executive updates for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with COCOMs, HQDA, and subordinate units to manage validation unlocks, revalidations, and force deployment orders.
  • Deliver concise JOPES and TPFDD briefings to senior command officers and provide alternate training to military/civilian personnel.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must be proficient in JOPES, GATES, JCRM, SMS, and COMPASS (including moving PEG/PEJ files).
  • Secret Clearance is mandatory.
  • Must pass a state police background check and comply with annual drug-free workforce screenings.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills suitable for high-level military agency interaction.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and endure prolonged standing, bending, or working in cramped spaces/varying weather conditions.
