Strategic Ventures is currently recruiting a Senior Executive Cyber Support Analyst to join our team at Ft. Meade, MD. The Senior Executive Support Analyst will support MARFORCYBER within the Commander's Action Group (CAG), providing direct support to senior leadership by integrating cyber and information operations into strategic planning and decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in offensive cyber operations, information warfare, and coordination across joint and combatant command staff. This role will help shape MARFORCYBER's long-term objectives and enable effective execution of cyber and information operations that protect and advance U.S. and allied interests.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic cyber operations expertise to the CAG and senior leadership to inform decision-making and operational planning
  • Coordinate with multiple DoD entities, including U.S. Cyber Command, to support operational requirements
  • Develop operational and strategic assessments and prepare senior leaders to present up to and including Congressional-level briefings
  • Support the development of policy and guidance for cyber defense and offense within MARFORCYBER and across the Marine Corps
  • Draft high-level briefings, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership on ongoing operations and strategic objectives
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members, assisting with their development in cyber operations and strategic analysis

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 15+ years experience in DOD/military operations
  • 3+ years experience in offensive cyber operations
  • TS/SCI/CI Poly Required 
  • Proven experience with DoD Cybersecurity policy, guidance, and doctrine
  • Experience in developing strategic cyber plans and conducting risk assessments
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to brief senior leadership
  • Knowledge of the Joint or Marine Corps Planning Process and operational design methodologies, particularly in the context of the Marine Corps, cyberspace, and joint operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the cyber and military domains.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively in both leadership and support roles.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher
  • Experience with MARFORCYBER or similar command structure
