Job description

Company Description

Have you ever called customer support after having an issue with a product? How was it? That (likely) horrible experience is what we're fixing.

Augment CXM is defining a new category of software - customer experience management - and powering it with a patented semantic neural network. Our client base consists of some of the most well-known brands in the world, from Dyson to Samsung to ESPN, and we're rapidly growing in size.

Our company currently consists of several successful founders, people who have taken companies to IPO, former FAANG employees, as well as a slew of grads from MIT, CMU, Berkley, Princeton, and other top schools. But... what we're missing is you!

Job Description
  • Craft differentiated positioning and messaging for overall product lines and individual products you manage

  • Enable the sales team with material - demos, pitch decks, videos & comparisons - that shows off our products

  • Work directly with our customers to learn exactly why they love Augment and create case studies to share their experiences

  • Support product launches to ensure that our customers get the most out of the features our engineering team is developing

  • Learn about the business and work on projects your passionate about!

Qualifications

A Creative: Someone who can build cool things. Show us a portfolio of art, writing, designing, videos, or anything else you've worked on!  A working knowledge of Sketch, Photoshop, Premiere, (or equivalents) is a major plus!

A Team Player: You work well with a team and are a great collaborator. You express your views while valuing the contributions of others. You support your colleagues and are a key player in team wins. You have a good sense of humor and can keep up with our gif game.

An Entrepreneur: We need someone who can figure out how to solve complex problems on their own.

A Go-Getter: We're looking for a highly driven individual with a focus on execution and a strong sense of urgency. Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic. Self-directed and resourceful.

A Learner: You want to learn more about marketing and grow your skills with a fast-growing organization. You love the idea of learning everyday and getting better.

Additional Information
  • Employee Wellness and Wellbeing is a top priority at Augment. Team members are provided a comprehensive health benefits package with medical, dental, and vision plans to meet their specific requirements.

  • HSA savings options and a 401k program help employees plan for the future. And an unlimited vacation policy keeps everyone fresh.

  • A nimble, energetic 20-person team with an open and collaborative culture. We like to have fun and gather for weekly lunches [on the company dime]. We also get together occasionally for video game nights, happy hours, movies, bowling, ping pong, and our favorite all-you-can-eat Brazilian restaurant.
