Shift: Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM- 10:30 PM

Job Summary

The Maintenance Technicianis responsible formaintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility and production equipment to ensure safe, reliable operations. This role involves hands-on electrical, mechanical, and computer-related work, as well as coordination with vendors and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems

  • Safely work with 460V, 220V, 120VAC, and 24VDC circuits

  • Maintain motors, belts, chains, bearings, and drives

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and PLCs

  • Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections

  • Troubleshoot network cabling, I/O devices, and PC-based systems

  • Support continuous improvement on the production floor

  • Communicate effectively using ICARE principles

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ year experience in facilities or industrial maintenance

  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

  • Basic PLC, controls, and computer/network experience preferred

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and safety-focused

Physical Requirements

  • Standing, bending, lifting, and climbing throughout the shift
