Job Description
The Coordinator of External Affairs reports to the Director of Alumni Engagement and External Affairs. The coordinator will assist with building and fostering relationships with LMU-CVM alumni, constituents and external stakeholders. The coordinator will be creative, strategic, and collaborative in their approach to program engagement to advance the mission of the College of Veterinary Medicine.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, public relations, organizational communications or related program of study
Preferred Qualifications
. Experience with editing video content . Familiarity designing flyers and printed promotional materials . Knowledge of university program goals and objectives . Familiarity with veterinary medical field . Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft 365 . Relevant experience in higher education
