Job description

Position Overview

The Creative Visual Manager is responsible for executing and adapting Client & Visual Merchandising (CVM) strategies across the Latin America Zone to drive business results while delivering exceptional luxury brand 
experiences. This role leads the implementation of creative campaigns, visual merchandising, retail activations, events, and new store openings, ensuring alignment with global brand standards and local market needs. The position partners closely with Global CVM, Zone leadership, and Market teams to provide regional coordination across Latin America, including oversight of the Caribbean Market (Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and Aruba) and Retail Partners.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Campaigns

  • Adapt and execute global creative campaigns to meet local market opportunities while preserving brand integrity and elevating the client experience.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of campaign rollouts, including planning, ordering, logistics, local production, installation, timeline management, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee the visual presentation of campaigns, ensuring excellence in product styling, lighting, fixture presentation, and storytelling.
  • Partner with Global CVM and Market teams to ensure consistent execution across all boutiques.
  • Develop and deliver campaign training for Retail teams to ensure proper implementation and long-term maintenance.
  • Monitor campaign execution, collect market feedback, and provide recommendations to Global CVM to continuously improve effectiveness and business impact.
  • Maintain a comprehensive archive of campaign installations, including photography, executive summaries, and boutique window displays within the regional SharePoint repository.

Visual Merchandising

  • Execute regional visual merchandising strategies, including collection placement, floor plan updates, product rotations, and seasonal merchandising initiatives.
  • Ensure boutiques consistently reflect global visual merchandising standards while adapting to local business needs and client behaviors.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate product presentation, storytelling, and client engagement through visual excellence.
  • Manage the planning, budgeting, procurement, distribution, and logistics of all regional CVM collateral.
  • Train and coach Retail teams on visual merchandising standards, styling techniques, and execution best practices.
  • Evaluate merchandising performance and recommend enhancements that improve both commercial results and the client experience.

Retail Activations & Client Experiences

  • Lead the execution of retail activations and immersive in-store experiences that strengthen brand positioning and support commercial objectives.
  • Partner with Global and local stakeholders to adapt concepts, manage budgets, coordinate production, oversee vendors, and execute installations.
  • Ensure every activation delivers a seamless luxury experience while meeting operational and brand standards.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to identify opportunities for future improvements.

Events & Boutique Openings

  • Coordinate the regional execution of brand events, exhibitions, and special activations across Latin America.
  • Lead all Client & Visual Merchandising workstreams related to new boutique openings, relocations, and renovations.
  • Coordinate ordering, logistics, installation, and implementation of all creative assets, visual merchandising elements, and collateral.
  • Partner closely with Store Planning, Global CVM, and local Market teams to manage project timelines, budgets, production, vendor relationships, and installations.
  • Deliver pre-opening visual merchandising training to Retail teams and conduct post-opening reviews to ensure execution excellence and continuous improvement.

Regional Leadership

  • Serve as the primary Client & Visual Merchandising partner for the Latin America Zone, fostering collaboration between Global, Regional, and Market teams.
  • Lead regular planning meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to align business priorities, campaign execution, and merchandising strategies.
  • Support local markets through boutique visits, coaching sessions, and execution reviews to ensure consistency across the region.
  • Manage the regional CVM budget, monitoring expenditures and identifying opportunities to maximize return on investment.
  • Oversee relationships with regional vendors and production partners, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
  • Champion best-practice sharing across markets and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and elevate execution standards throughout the region.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Client Experience, or Creative Visual Merchandising within a luxury retail environment.
  • Experience managing multiple boutiques, markets, or regions.
  • Proven success executing creative campaigns, product launches, boutique openings, retail activations, and event production.
  • Experience working within a regional or global matrix organization is preferred.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Languages & Travel

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Portuguese is strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Latin America as business needs require.
