Munich Re Specialty Global Markets North America (MRSGM N.A.) is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as we grow. As part of Munich Re Group, we are a unique organization providing expertise in specialty and marine lines of insurance as well as surety risks and customs bonds with in-house claims solutions.

We are seeking a full time Summer Intern, Sales & Service to join the Roanoke Insurance Group division as a hybrid employee in our Long Beach, CA office reporting to the Regional Vice President.

Job Profile

  • Will learn to understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
  • Rotate through our Surety Bonds, Logistics Insurance, Commercial Lines & Sales departments as needs arise and provide support to those areas
  • Accepts designated, business-focus projects as assigned
  • Engages with customers or clients and provides customer service as it pertains to the task at hand
  • Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems
