Was Du bei uns bewegst – Deine Aufgaben:- Zollabwicklung: Du übernimmst die komplette Abwicklung aller Zollformalitäten und stellst sicher, dass alles den geltenden Vorschriften entspricht.
- Behördenkommunikation: Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen Zollbehörden und unseren Importeuren bzw. Exporteuren und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss.
- Dokumentenmanagement: Du bereitest alle relevanten Zoll- und Transportdokumente vor und bearbeitest sie sorgfältig.
- ATLAS-Datenpflege: Du gibst Sendungsdetails in ATLAS ein und behältst jederzeit den Überblick über die Vorgänge.
- Serviceentwicklung: Du gestaltest aktiv mit, indem Du unser Serviceportfolio weiterentwickelst – z. B. durch Beantragung oder Erweiterung von Bewilligungen.
- Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Darüber hinaus bringst du idealerweise Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion und/oder einen Zollfachwirt mit.
