DATAMARK is seeking detail-oriented Customs Clerks to support back-office operations related to customs processing activities. This role is responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and processing shipment documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of work in alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, solid computer skills, and the ability to interpret manifests and make informed decisions based on tariff classifications. This position goes beyond traditional data entry, requiring critical thinking, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process shipping and customs documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Review manifests and supporting documents
  • Apply tariff codes and make decisions based on classification guidelines
  • Enter and update data across multiple systems and screens
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures

Requirements

Success in this position requires judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to interpret complex information.
