Customer Success Manager - intelliSPEC

About the Role

Weโ€™re looking for a Customer Success Manager to own and grow relationships with our small to midโ€‘market customers. In this role, youโ€™ll drive product adoption, lead regular customer checkโ€‘ins and QBRs, and manage renewals while ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes with IntelliSPEC.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple accounts, solving problems, and translating customer needs into value.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of SMB and midโ€‘market customer accounts
  • Drive adoption and engagement across key IntelliSPEC modules
  • Lead recurring customer meetings, trainings, and QBRs
  • Own renewals within standard guidelines
  • Identify simple expansion opportunities (users, sites, modules)
  • Monitor account health and proactively manage risks
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Development to resolve issues and escalate feedback

What You Bring

  • 1โ€“3 years of total professional experience
  • At least 1 year in SaaS, customer success, account management, or a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort using data and dashboards to guide customer conversations
