To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care - about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

Your mission

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you’ll serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to enterprise organizations, helping them realize transformational business value through automation and agentic AI. You’ll guide executive and operational leaders through adoption journeys, value realization, and long-term digital transformation initiatives.

This role is perfect for relationship builders and strategic program leaders who excel at navigating complex organizational dynamics, translating emerging technologies into business outcomes, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to drive customer success.

What you’ll do at UiPath Strategic Customer Leadership
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives, operational leaders, IT stakeholders, and business teams
  • Serve as the primary post-sales strategic advisor, aligning UiPath's automation and Agentic AI capabilities to customer priorities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive success plans that drive measurable outcomes, platform adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Facilitate executive business reviews, steering committees, and value realization discussions
Program & Portfolio Management
  • Lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programs involving diverse stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and change management
  • Establish governance structures, success metrics, risk management frameworks, and executive reporting mechanisms
  • Coordinate resources across Sales, Professional Services, Solution Engineering, Support, Product teams, and partner ecosystems
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks while maintaining program momentum
Industry Expertise & Thought Leadership
  • Leverage industry experience to identify high-impact, scalable automation opportunities across your customer portfolio
  • Support delivery teams through requirements gathering and process/technology redesign
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, Agentic AI innovations, and automation technologies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on industry-specific use cases and best practices
Value Realization & Business Outcomes
  • Help customers define, measure, and communicate the business impact of automation and AI initiatives
  • Translate technical capabilities into compelling business outcomes for executive and operational audiences
  • Identify expansion opportunities by aligning UiPath solutions to evolving customer needs
  • Drive customer advocacy through successful outcomes and strong partnerships
What you’ll bring to the team Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Program Management, Management Consulting, Strategic Account Management, or related customer-facing roles
  • Proven track record leading large-scale, multi-workstream programs with cross-functional stakeholders and executive governance
  • Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, business-focused messaging for diverse audiences
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence without authority
  • Experience building business cases, driving organizational alignment, managing risk, and achieving measurable customer outcomes
  • Comfort discussing automation, AI, cloud technologies, and enterprise software with both business and technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and adopt emerging technologies and apply them to customer challenges
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within enterprise organizations or technology environments
  • Background in enterprise IT, enterprise applications, digital transformation, or operational excellence programs
  • Management consulting, transformation consulting, or enterprise program leadership experience
  • Experience with SaaS, automation, AI, workflow, or digital transformation platforms
