Job description

Customer Success Project Manager

The Customer Success Project Manager is responsible for owning and executing all active jobs for assigned Vivid Impact customers, ensuring projects move accurately, efficiently, and on schedule from estimate through billing. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, blending project management, account management, and product expertise to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while driving operational excellence and profitable growth.

Schedule Details:

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

This is an Onsite Position with remote work permitted on special occasions w/pre-approval from leadership.

Compensation Details:

$50,000 - $55,000 Base Salary + Additional Commission Opportunities.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing day-to-day communication and incoming calls.
  • Gather customer specifications, create job estimates, send quotes, and provide print-ready proofs for approval.
  • Manage all assigned jobs from order entry through production and billing, including digital storefront orders.
  • Maintain accurate job schedules, statuses, and documentation within EFI Epace.
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding artwork approvals, production updates, issues, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure jobs are produced accurately, on time, and to quality standards.
  • Submit customer billing information accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Track and manage key performance indicators related to job volume, quality, billing, and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain customer job catalogs to improve estimating speed and consistency.
  • Identify issues, problem-solve effectively, and follow through to resolution.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in project management, account management, or other high-performance, results-driven environments.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent jobs or projects while meeting tight deadlines in a high-demand environment.
  • Strong customer service mindset with professional presence.
  • Strong technology aptitude, including workflow systems, automation tools, MS Excel, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain both technical and non-technical information.
  • Graphic communications or printing industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with EFI Epace preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
