We are a growing organization backed by a Fortune 500 company, seeking motivated individuals to join our remote Customer Success team. We work with union members, associations, and families to help them understand and utilize their benefits. No cold calling is required—qualified clients are provided.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or call center experience preferred
