KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Client Success to join our Digital Nexus organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive a comprehensive client success and business relationship management strategy for data services across our client portfolios; serve as the primary point of contact, trusted advisor, and voice of the internal client for business case demand pipelines
  • Work effectively across multiple client portfolios of data initiatives to oversee the intake, prioritization, and lifecycle of requests, and ensure all business demand and strategic initiatives are tightly aligned with the digital organization's existing platforms, technical capabilities, and overarching technology roadmaps to maximize ROI and architectural consistency
  • Understand the clients' core objectives and translate them into actionable data and analytics strategies, effectively respond to business needs, and provide SME guidance on assessing complex business processes and relationships to determine downstream data and system impacts
  • Foster a culture of client-centricity, accountability, and excellence; define, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for client success, including adoption rates, user satisfaction, and overall business value; use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum ten years of recent experience in a senior-level client success, business relationship management (BRM), or data portfolio management role within a large, complex enterprise; experience in a "Big Four" accounting or professional services environment is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, information technology, data science, or a related field is preferred; or minimum twelve years of recent and relevant equivalent experience is required
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, data-enabled business transformation programs, with demonstrated success bridging the gap between highly technical data delivery teams and non-technical business stakeholders
  • Outstanding collaborative skills with a proven track record of breaking down silos and driving alignment in a matrixed organization
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms, and vice versa
