Customer Service Representative (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Green Bay, WI (Onsite)
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Green Bay. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support through phone and email communication.
The ideal candidate has strong computer skills, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently navigate customer interactions while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process customer orders, forms, applications, and service requests
- Determine correct parts for customer orders and accurately calculate charges
- Process billing, payments, and order-related transactions
- Handle customer returns and resolve customer concerns or complaints
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and efficiency
- Deliver outstanding customer support while ensuring customer satisfaction
QualificationsRequired:- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Previous customer service or customer support experience
- Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging customer situations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Experience with SAP HANA
- Experience working in a Citrix environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or schematics
- Bilingual skills in English/Spanish or English/German
Compensation & Benefits
- $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
