We've grown quickly and seen huge success in our five years - launching in the UK, EU, UAE, and USA. Our US business and operations are expanding quickly, supported by a customer service and warehouse team in Chicago and a new showroom located in Manhattan at the New York Design Centre.
The role We're looking for a Product Technical Support Advisor with an electrical background to join our growing US team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers and trade professionals, providing expert guidance on product selection, installation, and technical troubleshooting across our switches, outlets, hardware and lighting ranges.
You'll combine strong technical understanding with a passion for customer experience - ensuring every interaction reflects Corston's high standards of craftsmanship, precision, and service.

Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities - Provide technical support on wiring, load compatibility, dimming systems, and installation requirements for switches, sockets and lighting
- Troubleshoot electrical and installation issues over the phone, guiding customers and electricians through clear step-by-step solutions
- Support trade customers (designers, electricians and contractors) with specifications, installation details and troubleshooting
- Offer technical guidance and support to the wider customer service team
- Handle customer enquiries by telephone and email
- Identify recurring technical questions and suggest updates for FAQs on Corston.us

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseYour skills, qualities and experience - Fluent Spanish and English
- Minimum 1-year electrical work, installation, or technical customer service within electrical products / industry
- Excellent in-person and telephone skills
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written skills
- Thrives in face-paced environment
- The ability to build strong relationships
