Customer Service Reliability Representative

As a Customer Service Reliability Rep, you'll provide exceptional customer support by phone, for all of Spectrum's connectivity services including troubleshooting internet, video, and/or voice service issues and handling basic billing inquires and payments. Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of call center or equivalent experience
