What You’ll Do

• Have industry knowledge of AC and / or Plumbing services.

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls with warmth, clarity, and confidence.

• Service Titan experience preferred to schedule service appointments and dispatch techs with precision.

• Handle customer questions, concerns, and follow-ups with care.

• Use scripts and intake forms to deliver consistent, premium experiences.

• Collaborate and coordinate with dispatch, techs, office staff, and leadership to keep our operations busy and running smoothly.
