About the Job

Seeking an experienced Order Administrator - CSR to manage all aspects of orders processing and fulfillment, ensure a timely response to internal & external customer requests to achieve customer satisfaction goals. Candidates MUST HAVE EXCELLENT EXCEL SKILLS WITH V-LOOKUPS, PIVOT TABLES & FORMULAS FOR data analysis and reporting.

General Duties:

  • Assist in the daily aspects of order processing, fulfillment, and customer service.
  • Provide quick and accurate responses to interoffice emails and emails from customers.
  • Assist in generating reports using excel.
  • Work with different departments, like receiving, depot, planner and shipping to fulfill the customers requests on timely manner.
  • Provide estimate delivery time if the request cant be made on time
  • Assist to verify OSD & exception handling cases to feedback to customer.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Build and maintain a work environment that is positive and is supported by open feedback and two-way communications at all levels.
  • Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the company’s culture and fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates.

Qualifications - Education and/or Experience

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • At least one year of RECENT CSR/Order Management experience.
  • Must be proficient with MS Excel for data analysis (this includes formulas, pivots and v-lookups).
  • Work well with a team and exhibit effective communication skills.
  • Pays close attention to details to identify order discrepancies and resolve issues with variances.
  • Possesses clear knowledge of computer ordering systems and has ability to navigate and troubleshoot computer systems as necessary.
  • Needs to be hands-on with ambition and drive to succeed - Makes things happen.
  • Goal oriented and must be accustomed to achieving results through teamwork.
  • Shows determination to achieve excellent results, finding better ways, demands top performance, inspires commitment and is proactive
