The Role


At Jim Peplinski Capital, we help businesses manage their vehicles, equipment, and capital so they can focus on running their business.


As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll manage the day-to-day experience for a portfolio of customers. You’ll understand their business, anticipate what they need, and coordinate across our team and partners to make their lives easier.


You’ll be a key point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, connecting Sales, Finance, Asset Management, dealers, equipment vendors, upfitters, transport providers, and other partners.


Your goal is to create value at every interaction and deliver the kind of customer experience that earns long-term relationships.


What You Bring


  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination. Experience in fleet, equipment, leasing or finance is a plus!
  • Experience managing customer relationships and multiple priorities
  • Strong organization and follow-through
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Attention to documentation, deadlines, and details
  • Confidence working across teams, systems, and external partners
  • Ownership of your work and the judgment to solve problems

  • Manage assigned customers across the vehicle, equipment, and financing lifecycle
  • Understand your customers, their assets, and what they need next
  • Coordinate procurement, upfitting, registrations, transportation, deliveries, and documentation
  • Maintain customer and asset records and manage lease and financing administration
  • Solve problems across JPC and our partners so customers don’t have to
  • Stay ahead of deliveries, replacements, renewals, and upcoming customer needs
