LHH is actively seeking a Customer Service Professional for one of our top clients in Gainesville! This will be a contract opportunity with our client and has a strong possibility of conversion. This will position will report onsite to our client's office in Gainesville, TX.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree in Business or a related field preferred.
  • Customer service experience required:
    • Two (2) years of customer-facing experience with a high school diploma, or
    • One (1) year of customer-facing experience with an associate degree.
    • Equivalent demonstrated ability to build positive customer relationships will also be considered.
  • Proficiency with standard office technology and computer systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and prepare written communications.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when business needs require.
