Welcome clients who call or visit our Sellersburg office with a friendly and helpful attitude.

Review existing insurance policies and suggest updates or coverage changes that better serve our clients.

Manage and process policy renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries accurately.

Educate clients on their coverage options so they feel confident and informed about their protection.

Maintain organized records for every client interaction to ensure a seamless experience.

Collaborate with our small office staff to keep operations running smoothly every day.


Requirements

Active Indiana Property & Casualty License.

Previous experience working in an insurance agency or professional office setting.

Clear and kind communication skills when speaking with clients.

Comfort using computer systems and insurance management software.

Attention to detail when processing policy changes and handling documents.

Ability to remain calm and helpful when clients call with questions or concerns.
