SCOPE OF ROLE:

The Customer Service Representative plays a critical role at Rocket Industrial. This position is responsible for binding all aspects of our customer experience together to guarantee that every interaction a client has with our organization is excellent, simple, easy, and enjoyable. The Customer Service Representative will partner with customers, business partners, and internal teams to provide an outstanding customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Efficient and accurate data collection and entry of customer orders
  • Respond to incoming customer service phone calls and emails
  • Assist in managing large strategic accounts
  • Work alongside sales reps in designing appropriate solutions based on clients' needs
  • Partner with sales reps in presenting the Rocket Value Proposition to customers
  • Prioritize and escalate customer needs and issues appropriately
  • Build long-term relationships with clients

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA’S):

  • College Degree, preferred
