Job Description: As an Order Taker at EC Ruff Marine, you will play a crucial role in managing customer orders with precision and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include processing orders, offering product information, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment, all while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, or in person
  • Confirm order details for accuracy and completeness
